Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern delegate registration, sponsorship enquiries, and use of this website for the GenTri Business Summit 2026 & 25th Anniversary Gala ("the Event"), organized by the GenTri Business Club.

1. Registration & Fees

Delegate registration requires payment of the published fee (₱3,000). Registration is confirmed only upon receipt and verification of payment by the Events Team.

2. Sponsorship Enquiries

Sponsorship enquiries are subject to verification via email and mobile OTP prior to submission. Pricing presented at the time of enquiry is not a binding offer until confirmed in writing by the Secretariat.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Secretariat at least 14 days before the Event date. Refunds are processed at the organizer’s discretion.

4. Limitation of Liability

The organizer is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from attendance at, or inability to attend, the Event.
