Full name, email address, mobile number, organization, designation, and payment reference details submitted through delegate registration; company and contact details submitted through sponsorship enquiries; and name, email, and message content submitted through the contact form.

2. Purpose of Processing

Data is collected solely to process event registration, verify sponsorship enquiries, respond to enquiries, and communicate essential event updates. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

3. Consent

By checking the consent box during delegate registration, you agree to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes described above, consistent with RA 10173.

4. Data Subject Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting secretariat@gentribusiness.club. We will respond within a reasonable period consistent with RA 10173.

5. Data Retention & Security

Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for event administration and legal record-keeping, and is stored using reasonable organizational and technical safeguards.
